1. Amendment

1.1 The Con t ro l of Naval Waters Regulat ions are a m e n d e d as set out

in these Regula t ions.

2. Removal from naval waters or the foreshore of naval waters

2.1 Paragraph 5 (a):

After " c o n t r a v e n e d ", insert " a notice unde r ".

2.2 Pa ragraph 5 (b):

After " c o n t r a v e n e d ", insert "a notice under".
