Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave Scheme) (Levy Determinations) Order 2011 (NSW)

I, the Honourable Greg Pearce MLC, Minister for Finance and Services, in pursuance of sections 48 and 49 of the Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave Scheme) Act 2010, make the following Order.

This Order is the Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave Scheme) (Levy Determinations) Order 2011.

2Commencement

This Order commences on 1 July 2011 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3Definition

In this Order:

the Act means the Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave Scheme) Act 2010.

4Determination of levy—employees

For the purposes of section 48 (1) of the Act, 1.7 percent of an employee’s ordinary remuneration is determined.

5Determination of levy—contractors

For the purposes of section 49 (1) of the Act, 1.7 percent of a contractor’s ordinary remuneration is determined.
