Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 . 2 Commencement Section 4 commences on 1 January 2013. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Regulation 2005. 4 Amendment of s 5 (Percentage for levy) Section 5, ‘2%’— omit , insert — ‘1.7%’. 5 Amendment of s 7 (Declaration of reciprocating State and corresponding law—Act, s 145(1)) Section 7(1) and (2)— omit , insert — ‘(1) For section 145(1)(a) of the Act, a State mentioned in the schedule, column 1 (the reciprocating State ) is declared to be a reciprocating State. ‘(2) For section 145(1)(b) of the Act, a law mentioned in the schedule, column 2 opposite the reciprocating State is declared to be a corresponding law for the Act.’.
