Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Regulation 2005 . 3 Amendment of s 4 (Classification level) Section 4, from ‘Building’ to ‘2003’— omit, insert ‘Cleaning Services Employee Grade 2’ under the federal Cleaning Services Award 2010’. 4 Amendment of s 7 (Declaration of reciprocating State and corresponding law—Act, s 145(1)) Section 7(2) and editor’s note— omit, insert— ‘(2) The Long Service Leave (Portable Schemes) Act 2009 (ACT) is a corresponding law for section 145(1)(b) of the Act.’.
