Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Regulation 2005. 3 Amendment of s 4 (Classification level) Section 4, from ‘industrial’— omit, insert— ‘Contract Cleaning Industry Award—State 2003.’. 4 Renumbering of s 7 (Return period) Section 7— renumber as section 8. 5 Insertion of new s 7 After section 6— insert— ‘7 Declaration of reciprocating State and corresponding law—Act, s 145(1) ‘(1) The Australian Capital Territory is a reciprocating State for section 145(1)(a) of the Act. ‘(2) The Long Service Leave (Contract Cleaning Industry) Act 1999 (ACT) is a corresponding law for section 145(1)(b) of the Act.’.
