1  Name of instrument

This instrument is the Continence Aids Payment Scheme Variation 2014 (No. 1).

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on 1 July 2014.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under the National Health Act 1953.

4  Schedule(s)

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Variation

Continence Aids Payment Scheme 2010

1   Subparagraph 4(2)(c)(i)

Repeal the subparagraph, substitute:

(i)whose classification level includes any of the following:

(A)  high ADL domain category;

(B)  high CHC domain category;

(C)  high behaviour category;

(D)  a medium domain category in at least 2 domains;

2   Below subparagraph 4(2)(c)(ii)

Insert:
