This instrument is the Continence Aids Payment Scheme Variation 2013 (No. 3).

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on 1 August 2013.

This instrument is made under the National Health Act 1953.

Continence Aids Payment Scheme 2010

1  Subparagraph 4(2)(c)(ii)

Repeal the subparagraph, substitute:

(ii) who are receiving a home care package and the care recipient’s care plan includes continence aids;
