1              Name of Instrument

This Instrument is the Continence Aids Payment Scheme Variation 2012 (No.1).

2              Commencement

This Instrument commences on 1 July 2012.

3              Revocation

The Continence Aids Payment Scheme Variation 2011 (No.3) made by the Minister on 17 June 2011, also known as F2011L01162, is revoked.

4              Variation of Continence Aids Payment Scheme 2010

Schedule 1 varies the Continence Aids Payment Scheme 2010.
