1 Name of Notice

This Notice is the Contaminated Land Management (Adjustable Amounts) Notice 2019.

2 Definition

In this Notice:

the regulation means the Contaminated Land Management Regulation 2013.

3 Annual notice of adjustable amounts

On the date specified in Column 1 of the table to this clause, the amount or fee prescribed by each
clause of the Regulation specified in Column 2 is adjusted to the amount or fee specified opposite in

Column 3.
