1   Name of Notice

This Notice is the Contaminated Land Management (Adjustable Amounts) Notice 2016.

2   Definition

In this Notice:

the regulation means the Contaminated Land Management Regulation 2013.

Note.

 The Act and the Interpretation Act 1987 contain definitions and other provisions that affect the interpretation and application of this Regulation.

3   Annual notice of adjustable amounts

On the date specified in Column 1 of the table to this clause, the amount or fee prescribed by each clause of the Regulation specified in Column 2 is adjusted to the amount or fee specified opposite in Column 3.

4   Previous Adjustable Amounts Notices Repealed
