AN ACT for the Eradication of Contagious

Diseases among Bees.

E it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia-

ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1. THIS Act may be cited as the Contagious Diseases (Bees) Short title.

2. EVERY person who shall have in his possession or under his Beekeepers to give

care any colony, hive, or swarm of bees affected with foul brood or	notice of contagious diseases to Depart-
