AN ACT for the Eradication of Contagious
Diseases among Bees.

E it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and
with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and
Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia-
ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

FOR the purposes of this Act the Governor may from time to time appoint, and from time to tinge remove, one or more bee experts to carry out the duties necessary for the administration of this Act.
