Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal Act 2001.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to restore increases in fees relating to the lodgement of applications to have matters dealt with in the Commercial Division of the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal, which were inserted by the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal Amendment (Fees) Regulation 2010 and inadvertently omitted by the amendments made to the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal Regulation 2009 by the Credit (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2010 that commenced on the same day.

This Regulation is made under the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal Act 2001, including sections 40 (2) and 86 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal
Amendment (Commercial Division Fees) Regulation 2010.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the
NSW legislation website.

(c) if the amount claimed or in dispute is more than $30,000 $187
