Made under the Consumer Protection Legislation Amendment Act 2014 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

This proclamation is the Consumer Protection Legislation Amendment Act 2014 Commencement Proclamation 2014.

2.             Commencement (other than Parts 1 and 15)

The Consumer Protection Legislation Amendment Act 2014, other than Parts 1 and 15, comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette.
