Consumer Credit (Tasmania) Amendment Regulations 1998

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under section 10 of the Consumer Credit (Tasmania) Act 1996 .2 November 1998

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Consumer Credit (Tasmania) Amendment Regulations 1998 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on 2 November 1998. 3Amendment of Consumer Credit (Tasmania) RegulationsEach of the sections of the Consumer Credit (Tasmania) Regulations specified in Schedule 1 is amended by omitting "not later than 2 years after the commencement of the Code" and substituting "before 1 July 1999".
