s1 2 s3 Consumer Credit (Queensland) Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2003 No. 34, 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Consumer Credit (Queensland) Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2003 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement under the ActsInterpretation Act 1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 30 June 2003. (2) In this section— “postponed law” means an uncommenced provision of the ConsumerCredit (Queensland) Amendment Act 2002. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 2 July 2003. ENDNOTES 1.
