s1 2 s3 Consumer Credit (Queensland) Amendment No. 238, 1999 (Postponement) ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Consumer Credit (Queensland) Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 1999 . ˙ Postponed commencement of all uncommenced provisions of Act 2.(1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretation Act 1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 27 October 2000. 1 (2) In this section— “postponed law” means the provisions of the ConsumerCredit(Queensland) Amendment Act 1998 that are not in force. 2 ˙ Expiry 3.
