CONSUMER CREDIT (WESTERN AUSTRALIA) ACT 1996

CONSUMER CREDIT AMENDMENT REGULATION (No. 4) 1997

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Consumer Credit Amendment

Regulation (No. 4) 1997.

Principal regulations

2.      In these regulations the Consumer Credit Regulation 1996* is referred to

as the principal regulations.

Various sections amended

3.      The principal regulations are amended by deleting "12 months" where it

occurs in the provisions specified in the Table to this regulation and

substituting in each case the following —

" 24 months ".
