Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Consumer Credit

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 November 1999.

3.            Various sections amended

The Consumer Credit Regulation 1996* is amended by deleting
"36 months" where it occurs in the provisions specified in the
Table to this regulation and inserting instead —

" 48 months ".
