s1 2 s3 Consumer Credit Amendment (No. 1) No. 206, 2000 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Consumer Credit Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2000 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Consumer Credit Regulation 1995 . ˙ Insertion of new s 6E 3. After section 6D— insert — ˙ ‘ Loans for conservation of heritage items—exemption from Code ‘ 6E. The Code does not apply to the provision of credit under any of the following provisions— (a) the Heritage Act 1977(NSW), section 106; (b) the Heritage Act 1993 (SA), section 12, but only in respect of loans made from the State Heritage Fund to owners of land constituting places entered in the State Heritage Register established under that Act; (c) the Heritage Act 1995(Vic), section 140.’.
