This regulation amends the Consumer Credit Regulation 1995 . ˙ Amendment of ss 58–75 3. Sections 58(5)(b), 59(4), 60(3), 61(2)(b), 62(2), 63(5), 64(2)(b), 65(2)(b), 66(3), 67(4), 68(3), 69(3), 70(5), 71(3), 72(3)(b), 73, 74(3) and 75(6), ‘12 months’— omit, insert — ‘2 years’.
