Consumer Affairs (Safety Requirements)
Amendment Regulations 2006
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations are the Consumer Affairs (Safety
Requirements) Amendment Regulations 2006.2. Commencement
(1) These regulations come into operation on the later of —
(a) the day on which they are published in the Gazette; or (b)
the day on which the Fair Trading (Product Safety Standard) Amendment Regulations 2006 come into operation.
(2) If subregulation (1)(a) and (b) refer to the same day, these
regulations come into operation on that day.3. The regulations amended
The amendments in these regulations are to the Consumer
Affairs (Safety Requirements) Regulations 1982*.[* Reprinted as at 4 January 2002.]
4. Part I repealed
Part I is repealed.
5. Part III repealed
Part III is repealed.
