This regulation may be cited as the Consumer Affairs (Fees and Charges) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Commencement 2.(1) Subject to subsection (2), section 3 commences on 1 July 1995. (2) The amendment of the Business Names Regulation 1986 commences on 1 August 1995. ˙ Regulations amended 3. This regulation amends the regulations mentioned in the schedule.
