This regulation may be cited as the Consumer Affairs (Fees and Charges) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Commencement 2.(1) Subject to subsection (2), this regulation commences on 1 July 1994. (2) Section 3 (Amended regulations) and the Schedule (Amendment of regulations), so far as they relate to the amendment of the Business Names Regulation 1986 , commence on 1 August 1994. ˙ Amended regulations 3. A regulation mentioned in the Schedule is amended as specified in the Schedule.
