| Arrangement for conduct of election. |
[1] On 17 October 2016 Consult Australia [Industrial] (‘the organisation’) lodged with the
Fair Work Commission prescribed information in relation to an election for the following offices
and positions:
National Council
National President (1) Secretary/Treasurer (1) Councillors (2)
[2] The above-named offices were not filled at the relevant previous election, E2016/175,
due to insufficient nominations.
[3] I am satisfied that an election for the above named offices is required to be held under the
rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered
Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the election by the
Australian Electoral Commission.
