  1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Consular Privileges and Immunities (Indirect Tax Concession Scheme) Amendment Determination 2005 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

This Determination commences, or is taken to have commenced, as follows:

(a)on 17 October 2001 — sections 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

(b)on 31 December 2002 — Schedule 2;

(c)on 23 January 2003 — Schedule 3;

(d)on 4 February 2003 Schedule 4;

(e)on the day after the Determination is registered.

  1. Amendment of Consular Privileges and Immunities (Indirect Tax Concession Scheme) Determination 2000

(1)Schedule 1 amends the Consular Privileges and Immunities (Indirect Tax Concession Scheme) Determination 2000, as amended by the Consular Privileges and Immunities (Indirect Tax Concession Scheme) Amendment Determination 2001 (No. 1).

(2)Schedules 2, 3, 4 and 5 amend the Consular Privileges and Immunities (Indirect Tax Concession Scheme) Determination 2000.
