Consular Fees Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Consular Fees Act 1955.

1   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 16 March 1995.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Consular Fees Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule (Fees for the performance of consular acts)

3.1   After item 15, insert:

“15A Preparation and issue of an Apostille (being a certificate of the kind referred to in Article 3 of the Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents) $30”.
