766 Construction Safety Regulations Interpretation Act 1982, No. 50 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the Construction Safety Regulations Interpretation Act 1982. 2. Meaning of " construction work ". It is hereby declared that the term " construction work " used- (a) in the First Schedule of the Construction Safety Regulations 1971, published in The Queensland Government Industrial Gazette on 9 October 1971, as amended by an amendment to that Schedule published in The Queensland Government Industrial Gazette on 22 March 1975 and in that amended Schedule as amended from time to time; and (b) in the First Schedule of the Construction Safety Regulations 1979, published in The Queensland Government Industrial Gazette on 2 April 1979, and in that Schedule as amended from time to time, shall be construed to be and to have always been the term " project ".
