CONSTRUCTION SAFETY ACT 1912—REGULATION

(Relating to fees for applications to erect certain lifts)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,
and in pursuance of the Construction Safety Act 1912, has been pleased

to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 1st June, 1992.

Amendment

2. The Construction Safety Regulations 1950 are amended by inserting

in Table 1 to Regulation 17A after paragraph (c) the following paragraph:

(ca) Personnel and materials hoist ............................................... $900

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to prescribe a fee for applications to erect certain

kinds of lifts known as personnel and materials hoists.
