1. Name of regulations

   These regulations are the Construction Practitioners Registration Amendment Regulations 2002 (No 2).

2. Commencement

   These regulations commence on the day after their notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Regulations amended

   These regulations amend the Construction Practitioners Registration Regulations 1998.

4. Schedule 1, items 1 and 2, column 3

   omit

   Building Surveyors and Allied Professions Accreditation Board Incorporated

   substitute

   Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (ACN 004 540 836)
