2 Construction of Harbour Works (Fees) No. 148, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Construction of Harbour Works (Fees) Regulation 1992 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 July 1992. ˙ Repeal of regulation 3. The Construction of Harbour Works (Fees) Regulation 1988 is repealed. ˙ Interpretation 4. In this regulation— “works for private use” means works related to the use of a private pleasure boat or use of private residential property. ˙ Fees 5. The fees set out in the Schedule are the fees payable in relation to the matters set out in the Schedule. SCHEDULE · FEES section 5 1. For the purposes of section 86(3) of the Act the prescribed fee is— (a) if the sanction is sought in relation to works for private use made under 1 application for—
