1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Construction Occupations (Licensing) Amendment Regulation 2006 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Construction Occupations (Licensing) Regulation 2004.

   (5)For subsection (4), an applicant is taken to have professional indemnity insurance if the applicant is an applicant for a principal building surveyor employee licence, or general building surveyor employee licence, and the applicant’s employer has the insurance.
