Construction Occupations (Licensing) Act 2004

1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Construction Occupations (Licensing) Amendment Regulation 2005 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Construction Occupations (Licensing) Regulation 2004.

4. New section 52

   insert

5. Modification of Act, s 149—Act, s 152

   (1)The Act, section 149 is modified by omitting paragraph (d) and substituting the following paragraphs:

   (d)the Energy and Water Act 1988; or

   (e)the Gas Act 1992; or

   (f)the Plumbers, Drainers and Gasfitters Board Act 1982.

   NoteA reference to an Act includes a reference to the statutory instruments made or in force under the Act, including any regulation (see Legislation Act, s 104).

   (2)This section expires on 1 September 2005.
