Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Construction Industry Portable Paid Long Service Leave Amendment Regulations

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 January 2005.

3.           The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Construction
Industry Portable Paid Long Service Leave Regulations 1986*.

4.            Regulation 8 amended

Regulation 8 is amended by deleting "0.05%- and inserting
