Citation Portable Paid Long Service Leave Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1998.

2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation on 1 January 1999.

3.      Regulation 8 amended

Regulation 8 of the Construction Industry Portable Paid Long
Service Leave Regulations 1986* is amended by deleting
"0.25%" and inserting instead —
" 0.1% ".
