LEAVE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

By His Excellency's Command, D. G. BLIGHT, Clerk of the Council.

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Construction Industry Portable

Paid Long Service Leave Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1993.

Commencement

2.     These regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 1994.

Regulation 8 amended

3.     Regulation 8 of the Construction Industry Portable Paid Long Service

Leave Regulations 1986* is amended by deleting "0.75%" and substituting the

following —

" 0.5%
