Service Leave Amendment Regulations 2012

Made by the Governoi , in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Construction Industry Portable Paid

Long Service Leave Amendment Regulations 2012.

2.             Commencement

These re tulations come into operation as follows

(1)	In regulation 3(1) delete "the first column of"
(2)	In regulation 3(2) delete "in the second column".
(3}	In regulation 3(3) delete "the second column of"

(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on hich these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(h) the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Construction Indust y Portable

Paid Long Service Leave Regulations 1986.

4. Regulation 2 amended
In regulation 2 delete "the first column of"

5.             Regulation 3 amended
