Service Leave Amendment Regulations 2005

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Construction Industry Portable Paid
Long Service Leave Amendment Regulations 2005.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Construction
Industry Portable Paid Long Service Leave Regulations 1986*.

3.             Regulation 5A amended

Regulation 5A is amended after paragraph (iia) by inserting the
following paragraph —

“

(iib) the Construction Industry Long Service Leave
and Benefits Act 2005 (Northern Territory);

”.
