Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Construction Industry
Portable Paid Long Service Leave Amendment Regulations 1999.

2.            Regulation 5A amended

After regulation 5A(ii) of the Construction Industry Portable paragraph is inserted —

(iia) the Construction Industry (Long Service)

Act 1997 (Tasmania);
