Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Construction Industry Portable Paid Long

Service Leave Amendment Regulations 1998.

Regulation 6 repealed and a regulation substituted

2. Regulation 6 of the Construction Industry Portable Paid Long Service Leave Regula-

tions 1986* is repealed and the following regulation is substituted—

Prescribed period for section 31

6. The prescribed period for the purposes of section 31 of the Act is the period of

3 months ending on the last day of March, June, September and December in each

year.
