Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

I. These regulations may be cited as the Construction Industry Portable

Paid Long Service Leave Amendment Regulations 1993.

Regulation 5A amended

2. Regulation 5A of the Construction Industry Portable Paid Long Service Leave Regulations 1986* is amended by inserting after paragraph (i) the following paragraph —

(ia) the Building and Construction Industry (Portable Long

Service Leave) Act 1991 (Queensland);
