Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Construction Industry Portable

Paid Long Service Leave Amendment Regulations 1992.

Schedule 1 amended

2.     Schedule 1 to the Construction Industry Portable Paid Long Service

Leave Regulations 1986* is amended in the first column of item 2 —

(a)	in subitem (3) by deleting "1979" and substituting the following —
tt PP;

(b)

following — in subitem (12) by deleting "1964" and substituting the

1991          "; and

(c)	by inserting after subitem (17) the following —
" (17aa) Industrial Spraypainting and Sandblasting Award 1991.
