LEAVE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Construction Industry Portable

Paid Long Service Leave Amendment Regulations 1991.

Schedule 1 amended

2. Schedule 1 to the Construction Industry Portable Paid Long Service

Leave Regulations 1986* is amended —

(a)	in item 1 by —
(i) deleting the heading to the item and substituting the following heading —

a 1. Awards under the Industrial Relations Act 1988 of the Commonwealth Parliament.

(ii)deleting subitem (4) and substituting the following

subitem —

I ;

" (4) Mobile Crane Hiring Award 1990.

(iii) deleting subitem (5) and substituting the following

subitem —

" (5) National Building and Construction

Industry Award 1990.

(iv)	deleting subitem (7) and substituting	the following
subitem —

"	(7) Professional Divers' Award 1988.
and

By His Excellency's Command, L. M. AULD, Clerk of the Council.

(v) deleting subitem (8) and substituting the following
subitem —

and

(b)	in item 2 by —
(i) deleting "made" in the heading to the item; and inserting after subitem (17a) the following subitem —
