| Arrangement for conduct of election. |
[1] On 12 July 2016 the Forestry, Furnishing, Building Products and Manufacturing
Division of the Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union lodged with the Fair Work
Commission the prescribed information in relation to an election for offices within the
Division.
[2] The offices for which an election is requested are set out in Attachment A.
[3] I am satisfied that an election for the offices set out in Attachment A is required to be
held under the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work
(Registered Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the
election of those offices by the Australian Electoral Commission.
