These regulations are the Construction Contracts Amendment

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Construction
Contracts Regulations 2004*.

3.             Regulation 11 amended

Regulation 11 is amended in the Table as follows:

(a)

by inserting after the item relating to the Australian " Australian Institute of Project Management '';

(b) by inserting after the item relating to Master Builders Association of Western Australia the following item — " RICS Australasia Pty Ltd ''.
