Constitution Act 1902

His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Constitution Act 1902.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to increase the annual salary of the Governor from the current
level of $169,324 to $174,404.

This Regulation is made under section 9I of the Constitution Act 1902.

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Constitution (Governor’s Salary) Amendment
Regulation 2010.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the
NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Constitution (Governor’s Salary) Regulation 1990

Clause 2 Governor’s salary—section 9I of Constitution Act 1902

Omit “$169,324”. Insert instead “$174,404”.
