His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Constitution Act 1902.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to increase the annual salary of the Governor from the current
level of $162,343 to $169,324.

This Regulation is made under section 9I of the Constitution Act 1902.

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Constitution (Governor’s Salary) Amendment
Regulation 2009.

2 Amendment of Governor’s Salary Regulation 1990

(1) Clause 1 Name of Regulation

Omit “may be cited as the Governor’s Salary Regulation 1990”.
Insert instead “is the Constitution (Governor’s Salary) Regulation

1990”.

(2) Clause 2 Governor’s salary—section 9I of Constitution Act 1902
Omit “$162,343”. Insert instead “$169,324”.
