The Parliament of South Australia enacts as follows:

This Act may be cited as the Constitution (Countersigning) Amendment Act 2024.

Part 2—Amendment of Constitution Act 1934

2—Amendment of section 71—Signature and counter‑signature of certain orders, warrants etc

1. Section 71, heading—delete "and counter‑signature of certain orders, warrants" and substitute:

   of certain orders

2. Section 71—delete ", and countersigned by a Minister of the Crown"
