AN ACT to amend the Constitution Act 1889-1979.

[Assented to 15 October 1980.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Constitution Short title

and

Amendment Act (No. 3) 1980.

Section 22.

OATH

, do swear that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, her heirs and successors, accord- ing to law.

(Note:—The name of the reigning Sovereign for the time being is to be substituted from time to time). " .
