AN ACT to amend sections 37 and 43 of the

Constitution Acts Amendment Act 1899-1978.

[Assented to 9 September 1980.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Constitution and citation.

Section 37

amended. 2. Section 37 of the principal Act is amended in

the proviso by deleting "thirteen" and substituting

the following-

" fifteen " .

Section 43

Section 43 of the principal Act is amended in subsections (1) and (2) by deleting "thirteen" wherever it occurs and, in each case, substituting the following-
