1. This Act may be cited as the "Constitution (Amend-

is amended—

(a)	by inserting in paragraph (a) of section 17H after the word "hereto" the words "or any office of profit under the Crown created by Act of Parlia- ment as an office of the Executive Government";
(b)	by inserting in paragraph (a) of subsection one of section twenty-nine after the word "hereto" the words "or any office of profit under the Crown created by Act of Parliament as an office of the Executive Government";
(c)	by omitting from the Second Schedule the word "Thirteen" and by inserting in lieu thereof the word "Fifteen".

The Parliamentary Allowances and Salaries Act, 1956, as subsequently amended, is amended by omitting from para- graph (c) of section four the word "thirteen" and by insert- ing in lieu thereof the word "fifteen".
